How to find the difference between self-sabotage and self care.

To find out whether you are sabotaging yourself or protecting yourself you need to ask the question.

When I will have done what I am about to do, will I feel more full, or more empty?

If you feel more full, its self love.

If you feel less full it is sabotage.

Treat yourself, don't cheat yourself.

You deserve it.
